The Role As an Affiliate Manager, you will increase the number of leads we receive by overseeing our affiliate (third-party lead generation) marketing strategy.With a keen understanding of our customer base, you will source and manage our affiliates including optimising affiliate performance using audience targeting and trend identification. Youll oversee our marketing budgets and develop creative strategies to increase our bottom line, maximise ROI and negotiate our fluctuating lead costs. Additionally, you will produce regular reports for the Head of Marketing Performance as well as reporting at our daily trading meeting. About YouTo be considered as an Affiliate Manager, you will need: - Experience of account management or experience in managing third-party relationships- Experience of working to strict targets and deadlines- Experience in the lead generation sector- Experience of managing large budgets effectively- Experience of using google products including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager- Experience of using online advertising across multiple different channels- The ability to integrate and test new suppliers in a controlled manner- The ability to draw insights from data analysis, analytics and surfacing- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Excellent negotiation skillsIdeally, you will have a basic understanding of HTML. Experience of using Salesforce CRM software would also be an advantage.
