Advanced MSK Clinician (PMS52)Full TimePermanentSalary - Up to £55,000Welcome bonus of up to £2500Greater ManchesterThe Role:We are now looking for an Advanced MSK Clinician (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehab Therapist) to join our North West CATS (NWCATS) MSK and Physiotherapy team based in Greater Manchester!We are looking for a well-organised and Advanced MSK Clinician, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Whilst undertaking comprehensive assessment anddiagnosis of patients with a wide variety of physical and emotionalneeds, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.We are dedicated in delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable.Join our motivated, ambitious and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. Youll be registered with the HCPC or equivalent and be qualified as a professional that works within Musculoskeletal practice. Weare committed to a multi-professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Rehab Therapists. If youre able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desireto develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then wed be keen to hear from you.Our interview process is competency-based and will seek to provide opportunity for you to demonstrate working at Level 7 practice across all four pillars required for an AP role.What we are looking for:

  • Experience in delivering Musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
  • A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities
  • Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
  • Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways
  • Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP.
  • Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal practice.
  • Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
  • Experience of developing team members
