Seeking an experienced, dedicated and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team in their stunning, newly decorated offices. This is a fantastic opportunity if youare looking to kick start your career in a global business which has a culture of promoting from within.You will be required to act as a supporting role for the whole business, so this is a great opportunity to learn within an exciting industry.In a fast-paced environment you will need to be organised and able to manage your time as you will be dealing with a number of business activities. This is a crucial role within the team and is essential to ensuring we can offer high service levels and competewidely within the marketplace.

  • Liaising with a variety of customers via email, WhatsApp, online chat, and social media to answer general enquiries and queries
  • Updating CRM systems
  • Update systems and ensure products are up to date
  • Assisting in the collation of data for weekly and monthly reporting
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Supporting the teams as and when required including Marketing, Finance, Compliance
  • General office administration
We are looking for someone who would love to get involved with the above tasks and also someone who possesses the following personal characteristics
  • Experience of working in financial services would be beneficial but not essential
  • You should have a minimum of two years recent experience working in a similar administrative/customer service role where you are responding to client online queries and enquiries
  • Be a strong team player
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Positive and engaging personality
  • Adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills
