This role will be based in our beautiful offices in No.1 Spinningfields,Manchester city centre.This role is a hugely exciting opportunity for an individual join our Administration team undertaking administrative tasks alongside supporting our Marketing department with digital marketing responsibilities and getting involved in social media projects. We place legal professionalsfrom legal administration level right up to Partner levelwith the UKs leading law firms across all of the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will support the Administration team as well as being heavily involved in assisting the Marketing team with the following duties:

  • First point of contact to clients and candidates over telephone and face to face handling all queries
  • Taking accurate messages and relaying to the relevant consultant/team
  • Assisting with social media projects with emphasis on creating digital content through photography and videography
  • Working alongside our recruitment consultant team and management team to create digital content for the Companys social media platforms
  • Assisting with market research and analysing data and surveys
  • Database cleansing projects
  • General upkeep of the office
About You
  • The successful candidate will have administrative, customer service or sales experience and experience handling telephone calls
  • The ideal candidate will also have some experience of marketing or digital content work
  • It would be hugely advantageous if the candidate has basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, Inkscape to help create visual content
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • You must also be a confident communicator and be able to work with individuals of varying levels of seniority
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of various Email systems, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A good level of Maths and English at GCSE level is essential.
