Administration Assistant - £16,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience

This role is a really exciting opportunity for someonewho would like to be part of a busy Administration team whilst also undertaking some IT duties.   • First point of contact to clients and candidates over telephone and face to face handling all queries
  • Taking accurate messages and relaying to the relevant consultant/team
  • Independent 1st line support including on-desk and phone line support of any IT/admin queries
  • Monitoring IT jobs/tickets efficiently through an online ticketing system
  • New starter set up from start to finish, including PC networking, account configurations, plugin setups and integration
  • Maintaining audits of PCs, Laptops, headsets equipment and ordering equipment when necessary
  • Database cleansing projects
  • Assisting the Accounts, HR, Marketing teams with any additional admin support where necessary
  • Train and hotel bookings
  • Ordering stationary and office equipment
  • Printing, scanning, photocopying and dealing with post
  • General upkeep of the office
About You
  • We are looking for a graduate or an individual who has some administrative, IT, customer service or sales experience and experience of handling telephone calls.
  • As this role is first point of contact for all our clients and candidates to the business you must have a professional attitude and manner at all times.
  • A self-starter by nature, you will also be highly organised, innovative and driven by a new challenge that will allow you to develop.
  • You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work within a fast paced environment and use own initiative.
  • You will also be a team player, enjoy working in a fun loving, yet professional environment, and fit well with our company cultures and values.
  • Good IT skills including the use of various Email systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. It would be advantageous if you have prior database experience.
  • A good level of Maths, English and IT at GCSE level is essential.
