Energetic and bright individuals are fundamental for the evolutionary growth and success of this inventive business.The role:The Acquisitions Coordinator is a fast-paced role that will support both internal teams and external stakeholders and manage daily viewings, surveys, and valuations processes to ensure compliant transaction delivery.Key responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the acquisition process
  • Take control of spreadsheet and legal documentation
  • Coordinate exchange of contracts and property handovers
  • Ensure matters are dealt with and followed up in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing reporting on acquisitions and works
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience working within the property and housing sector
  • Detail oriented and meticulous in your work
  • Highly organised and dilligent
  • Process-oriented and structured
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
