Job Description

My client is one of the leading manufacturers of precision Wires. They specialise in electrical resistance wiring. Based from their site in Wythenshawe, Manchester, they are looking for an Office administrator with payroll experience to join their teamon a permanent basis.Key Details::Position: Office Administrator - Accounts TechnicianMonday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pmSalary: £30,000 per annum Main Responsibilities:I. Administer Monthly Payroll:Utilise Sage to efficiently manage monthly payroll for up to 40 employees.II. Maintain and Update Ledgers:Ensure the accuracy of Sales and Purchase ledgers within Efacs.Handle credit control and the Accounts payable function.III. Nominal Ledger Management:Post invoices to the Nominal ledger within Efacs for precise record-keeping.IV. Purchase Order Handling:Enter purchase orders into Efacs and communicate with suppliers.Update the delivery schedule for effective coordination.V. Financial Transactions:Post cash transactions from Lloyds link online internet banking.Actively engage with Lloyds link online banking.VI. HR Records Maintenance:Manage and maintain comprehensive HR records for all employees within the company.VII. Receptionist Duties:Answer and handle telephone inquiries in a professional manner.VIII.
