Job Description

This exciting role is for an Accounts Semi Senior or Senior with a focus on high-quality professional services and team leadership in the Accounting & Finance department.Client DetailsThe organisation is a large-scale provider of professional services known for its commitment to quality and strong customer focus.   • The preparation of accounts and tax returns, both limited and unincorporated.
  • Ensure high-quality professional services are provided to your own workflow/client portfolio.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities to promote the companys services.
  • Setting up and using cloud-based software for maintaining our clients accounting records
ProfileA successful Accounts Semi Senior/Senior should have:
  • Previous experience working in an accountancy practice, 2years +.
  • Previous experience in a client facing role, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Experience in business development within the professional services sector.
  • Previous experience using cloud accounting software, Quickbooks and Xero (if possible).
  • Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
Job Offer
  • A competitive salary in the range of £30000-£45000 per annum DOE
