Job Description

A diligent Accounts Receivable Specialist is required in the Accounting & Finance Department of a reputable Business Services company.   • Efficiently managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline processes and procedures.
  • Following up with customers regarding overdue payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
  • Supporting other accounting projects as required.
