Job Description

Marks Sattin are excited to be partnering with a well-established, city centre based Property company to recruit an ambitous Accounts receivable officer to join their team. This role will be working with the wider finance team to ensure efficiancy and accuracy.Main responsibilities include:

  • Process monthly billing to tenants timely and accurately.
  • Process manuel billing as and when required and process recharge requests.
  • In year reviews to ensure billing reflects the confirmed occupants, service provider changes, adjust for cost line adjustments/estimates.
  • resolving queries on tenant statements, billing changes, ad-hoc charges
  • Monthly tenant statements.
  • Monthly tenant chasing and reporting
  • Support Finance Managers with detailed debt analysis
  • Produce aged debt report weekly and for month end.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven track record in accounting and finance as a ledger clerk
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively and apply concentrated effort to deliver results on time.
  • Good excel skills
