Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accounts payable specialist to join this global business based in the Bolton on a temporary, ongoing basis. The company is looking for an experienced accounts payable specialists to join this friendly finance andaccounting team.Duties will include:

  • End to end accounts payable
  • Query resolution
  • Bank and statement reconciliation
  • Take ownership of assigned supplier account
  • Critical Supplier Relationship Management
  • Re-educate Internal/external stakeholders on Invoice compliance to drive Right First-Time invoice submission across multiple sub systems
  • Support internal and external audit requests
YOU
  • Qualified or QBR accountant
  • Experienced in balance sheet/general ledger and digging deep
  • Experienced in process mapping and/or documenting processes
  • Analytic mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be immediately available for work
