Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join a modern, thriving business and make their mark within the wider finance team.Client DetailsA modern, thriving business operating across the globe seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to drive performance & efficiency as the business continue to progress.DescriptionDuties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the Accounts Payable team ensuring the end to end accounts payable functions are managed efficiently.
  • Managing the payables process including the standards of outsources activity
  • Managing supplier queries and escalation where required
  • Generating reports for management reviews as required
  • Analysing team performance and KPIs
  • Working with other teams within the wider finance function
  • Ensuring a customer service focused culture within the team
  • Providing learning & development opportunities to team members
  • Ensuring all performance framework is adhered to
ProfileThe successful candidate will:
  • Have previous experience managing / leading within an accounts payable team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a track record of improving efficiencys and productivity within a team
  • Have procure to pay transformation experience
  • Have previous experience with an ERP
  • Have strong IT skills including MS Excel
  • Be flexible in their approach to working hours & patterns
Job OfferA salary of up to £42,000 plus a competitive benefits package
