Simpson Judge is currently working with a leading consultancy based in Central Manchester who are seeking a Finance Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support towards transactional tasks for the company and their sister company.This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a company that supports their employees with their career development.This is a temp to perm part time position which can be worked across 3 to 4 days a week. Hybrid after induction period is on offer. As a result, you would need to be available immediately or on a short notice.Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (pro rata)Roles/ Responsibilities* Reviewing the accounts mailbox and dealing with queries.* Processing of supplier invoices, including appropriate approvals* Dealing with internal and external supplier queries.* Daily bank processing and reconciliation, ensuring postings are accurate.* Processing of employee expenses * Raising fee invoices (circa 50 per month), liaising with senior members of the company ensuring invoices are raised in a timely manner.* Full responsibility for credit control, ensuring our clients pay us within terms.* Liaising with Auditors for audit items linked to job role and closing out audit items.* Other ad-hoc duties when required.Skills/ Experience* Excel - Vlookups and pivot tables* At least 3 years experience in Finance* AAT Qualified and ideally studying towards ACCA/ CIMA / ACA * Experience with Sage 50 software is idealBenefits* 5% Pension* Study Support* Private Health care* Death in service cover* Long term sickness cover* Annual Company bonus schemeInterested Apply or get in touch on (E): or Whatsapp on (M): to speak to Sonia Sidje
