Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accountancy Practice/Business Support Manager to join a Large Nationwide Accountancy firm.Working within a team of 4, reporting to the Group Practice Manager this role will give you the opportunity to make it your own and further progress your career.You will be rewarded highly for your position within the business, salary up to £45k + the following benefits package:

Duties of the Accountancy Practice/Business Support Manager will be as follows:
  • Be the first point of contact, ensuring clients have a seamless onboarding process
  • Looking at ways to continually improve the business support function
  • Responsible for analysing current processes and procedures
  • Finding new ways to make the onboarding process slicker and more effective
  • Implementing new process for sending out standard engagements letters and other documentation
  • Ensuring all staff members are following the companies procedures with IT Systems
To be successful in the Accountancy Practice/Business Support Manager role you will have:
  • Previous Practice/Office Management experience
  • A background in accountancy
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in stakeholder management
  • A good understanding of digital developments in the accountancy industry and IT systems capability
  • Strong processes and working practices which you are able to implement to multiple teams and businesses
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working well under pressure and manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
