Youll work closely with the C-Suite and management teamlearning how they operate on a day to day basis.FYXER is owned and operated by CEO Richard Hollingsworth and CRO Archie Hollingsworth. Youll work closely with the owners and other senior leaders in this established but fast paced environment such as our Head of Client Success Gemma Osula and COO LouiseWare.Summary of RoleFYXER Account Managers (AMs) work fully remotely, are the direct point of contact with clients and know their clients businesses deeply. Account Managers lead a team and know how to get the best out of people, to deliver exceptional service. You will beworking collaboratively with other AMs to identify best practice and share continuous improvement.Client Management:
