We are leading providers of information, advice and casework services and support tens of thousands of clientson a yearly basis.Were currently looking for an outstanding individual to join our organisation as an Account Manager, to lead the delivery and development of our community services across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford.This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week with first-class benefits:- A salary of up to £37,355 per annum- 30 days annual leave plus bank holiday (progressing to 35 days after 5 years)- 3% employer pension contribution- Employee assistance scheme- Salary sacrifice scheme- Perks and savings scheme- Mental health and wider wellbeing support- Learning, development and growth opportunitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong track record of managing service delivery and using data and insight to improve the performance of a team and service.Youll have the freedom to lead innovation and improvement across your delegated portfolio, ensuring the most vulnerable people in our society have the help and support they need.So, if youre a passionate leader, who loves to innovate, we want to hear from you.The roleAs the Account Manager: Community Services, youll manage and develop our community services, including our community navigator services and community partnerships, ensuring extensive and high-quality services for those who need us.Using your exceptional leadership skills, youll lead a dedicated team (including volunteers) and manage the day-to-day activities, including supporting your team to solve complex staff and service delivery problems as they arise.Youll also manage the contractual relationship with delegated funders, acting as the main point of contactYour role will also involve:- Efficiently managing your team- Supporting the mobilisation of new services or changed service requirements- Identifying and growing opportunities and managing influencing opportunities with fundersAbout youTo join us as an Account Manager, you will need:- A track record of effectively managing the delivery of complex services in accordance with agreed KPIs and expectations spanning multiple locations and multiple channels,- A track record of using data and insight to improve performance of a contract/service and embedding continuous improvement principles,- Experience of working in collaboration with partners and funders,- Experience of being a thoughtful and people-centred leader with a demonstrable understanding of how to develop leaders of the future; and a- Commitment and track record of working in a culture that enables collaboration, and provides a supportive environment for colleagues.Experience in contract management, with a particular focus within the advice sector, would be beneficial to your application along with experience in pursuing, and successfully winning new and innovative business development opportunities.We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
