As a result of growth & high demand, theyre lookingto hire an Account Manager to manage & maximise value added to their client base. They offer brilliant culture, excellent training & ongoing mentorship, and a brilliant platform for success & a clear progression path to management.The role:An Account Manager will manage a portfolio of regular using, high value accounts (currently around 20 & will increase to 60 by the end of 2022). The main purpose of the role is to provide support to clients to ensure theyre making the most of the service byeducating them on its uses & benefits. The role will involve a small amount of phone work & video calling & will be email / web chat focused too.
