Job Description

Hybrid working, set up to work from anywhere; Huge list of benefits and social activities; Social content, both created and influencer / celebrity generated; Launch campaigns; Events; Brilliant Creative agency; Sports, Esports, Music sector clients; Manchester.The Account Manager role- Write clear internal briefs based on client communications- Writing clear Scope of Work for all projects to ensure roles and responsibilities are established from the offset- Presenting strategy, concepts and ideas to clients- Overseeing campaigns including celebrity and influencer management, working with internal teams to create content series for all social channels- Be the main day-to-day contact for your accounts- Creation, updating and monitoring of activity plans and reports- Work with Planning, social, digital and project teams to ensure flawless delivery in line with client goalsAccount Manager requirements- Experience working in a creative / brand agency, in a client services capacity- Natural relationship builder, internally and externally, positive and collaborative in approach- Commercially aware, able to ensure the provision of excellence whilst protecting profitability- Highly organised with the ability to manage projects and budgets in line with client and company KPIs- Exposure to building brands through created and influencer generated social contentThe Account Manager will be joining an exciting agency, established nearly twenty years, with a specialism in promoting, building brands, and launching products, in the Sports, Esports, and Music sectors.
