THE ROLE: The successful Account Manager will be managing, developing and winning key clinical and commercial relationships within theatre and wards within NHS and private hospitals and typically liaising with surgeons, consultants, theatrenurses, ODPs, sisters and procurement. Full product be sales, training will be provided and earning potential is very attractive, as is their culture / ethos.THE COMPANY: This long-established independent organisation provide a quality range of surgical instruments for use within ENT, general, orthopaedic, spinal, neuro and cardiac procedures. They continue to succeed and grow based upon premiumproduct quality and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and support and are currently looking to recruit a driven, motivated, stable and credible surgical sales or clinical professional to manage and grow their business within the North West of England.REQUIREMENTS: Either a proven, stable and successful track record in theatre / surgical sales or an ODP / Scrub Nurse seeking a new challenge.CULTURE: A family-run company who offer autonomy and a refreshing lack of ivory towers and red tape to their sales team.The Package for Account Manager:
  • Basic: £35,000 to £45,000
  • Commission: £10,000 to £20,000
  • Car: £600 per month allowance
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats
