Job Description

Account ManagerBasic £32,000 - £42,000 / OTE £15,000 - £20,000Selling: FinTech SaaS platformWHY: 100% Account Management - High growth business

We are currently working with a leading FinTech SaaS provider with a reputation for quality and over 9000 happy customers in the UK. They are looking for an Account Manager to manage a base of existing relationships to help increase revenue and cross-selladditional solutions in the portfolio. You will need to be a proactive sales person which a passion for growing relationships.They are looking for a self-motivated, experienced and confident Account Manager who has the proven ability to run and manage your own territory to achieve revenue targets. The solutions are award winning and market leading. You will need to have a highlyprofessional and consultative approach to sales maximizing opportunities for long term growth.Ideally you will have experience within an account manager, internal sales, business development type of role. There is a strong preference for experience selling FinTech SaaS ( Software ) so experience of accountancy software, payroll solutions, tax solutionswould be highly beneficial.Responsibilities: Account Manager
  • Deliver upon a monthly target with a systematic approach to territory management and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Hold between 6 - 10 meetings per week (remote) with existing customers
  • Engage all your customers on a minimum of a quarterly basis
  • Proactively interact with customers in a way that builds lasting relationships
  • Schedule and execute annual account reviews with key customers
  • Run demonstrations both 121 with individual customers, and in groups settings/webinars as required
  • Build short- and long-term plans to generate additional revenue within your territory
  • Field and prioritise inbound customer enquiries in line with our customers service values and revenue goals
  • Deliver live reporting on all customer activity and accurate forecast tracking on a weekly basis
  • Attend sponsored events or exhibitions
Experience Required: Account Manager
  • 12+ months experience in B2B sales-based role selling software
  • Keen understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Experience selling FinTech SaaS solutions, such as Accountancy Software
  • Tenacity and proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • The ability to build sales plans within a territory
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to demonstrate and present with confidence
  • Personal responsibility and achievement orientation
