Job Description

Sales Account Manager: Scale-up SaaS - working with exciting clients in the entertainment and media space.Do you have a passion for sales but bring a consultative approachWould you love to work within exciting brands in the media and entertainment worldAre you great at building relationships, networking and identifying new revenue opportunitiesIf so, lets talk!The Company:An exciting scale-up business with fantastic platform that allows globally recognised brands to have access to creative professionals.Following funding earlier in the year, they are looking to add a driven sales professional to the team.The Opportunity:Joining the existing team, you will focus on identifying and engaging prospects, taking a consultative and explorative approach and securing new clients and revenues.You will maintain the client relationship post sale, further solidifying the partnership and looking to maximise value to both parties.

  • Be the first point of contact for customers who have made an inbound enquiry.
  • Conduct demos of the software and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Identify and proactively engage new prospect opportunities.
  • Create and deliver proposals to Director or C-suite level decision makers.
  • Be consultative and explorative in your questioning and qualification.
  • Be a client partner in every way; help clients see value in their use of the solution and provide industry-leading experience, exceeding client expectations
  • Working collaboratively with the Production team to deliver requirements on time and to budget.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • A results driven and commercial adept professional.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally SaaS.
  • Prior experience in B2B client or account management.
  • Appreciation to meet customer expectations and ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Resilient and receptive to change - helping drive continuous improvement within the function and wider business.
  • A consultative and explorative approach to sales and client engagement.
  • Experience working with clients in the entertainment space is beneficial
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise customers is beneficial.

  • Basic salary up to £35k with a £60k OTE
