Job Description

Account Executive - Banking - The Big Four - Remote - Full-Time - Up to £45,000 - All regions outside of LondonThe company is one of the worlds largest accounting firms, offering audit, taxation, management consulting, deal advisory and legal services to their clients.Your new role:Working with the Account teams and Client Lead Partners (CLP) to manage day to day activity on a number of accounts and drive momentum and profitable ensuring the Client Service Teams (CST) and CLPs are fully supported. The individual will be comfortableleading, managing, influencing and will need to be proactive.You will also be responsible for:

  • Working with CLP and Account Manager to develop the account vision and strategy and develop that into plan for the CST
  • Commit to developing an understanding of the clients key areas of focus and issues
  • Compile and share client intelligence and news, vendor competitor intelligence and market analysis
  • Be the source of knowledge and information for the entire CST, liaising with team members sharing intelligence / knowledge/best practice to better enable them to support clients needs
  • Support the end to end sales process
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to design client-specific events to support the accounts key pursuit activity
  • Report regularly against the clients account strategy, highlighting areas of over- and under-performance
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience Level: Associate/Assistant Manager
  • Have strong financial and strategic skills
  • Demonstrate a tolerance for ambiguity, ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent at internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Solid understanding of the sales processes (SAP Opportunity Management and Engagement Management) and risk management processes (client acceptance, continuance and Sentinel)
