Role: Account ExecutiveLocation: Remote within the UKSalary: £75,000 - £90,000 + a lucrative commission structureMaclean Moore are partnered with a leader in the immersive technology sector seeking an accomplished Account Executive to join their dynamic Sales Team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role offers a work-from-home option with occasional officerequirements.About the Company:An industry leader with three decades of Virtual Reality (VR) expertise, specializes in delivering advanced immersive technologies to commercial clients. With a focus on revolutionizing design and process validation in sectors such as construction, medicalprocedures, and manufacturing.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive with expertise in selling enterprise-level software solutions in to engineering or CAD sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating and closing sales opportunities,and promoting VR software, hardware systems, and services to blue-chip clients. VR experience is not required.Key Responsibilities:Sales Targets:

  • Exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and non-revenue-based targets.
  • Surpass metric targets, including meetings, calls, and tender responses.
  • Ensure the pipeline report is up to date and completed in full.
  • Develop and maintain an account plan for nominated accounts.
New Business Development:
  • Develop a sales pipeline based on defined target markets.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Attend marketing events supporting strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience selling software solutions in to blue chip engineering or CAD clients
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
  • Consultative selling approach.
  • Experience selling software and services to blue-chip organizations.
  • 5+ years track record in a new business sales environment.
Stand outs:
  • Experience selling enterprise level tech in to Blue Chip clients
  • Experience selling in to engineering/CAD industries
