2x Account Directors - £60k - Manchester - NHS AccountsPenguin Recruitment is currently sourcing for one of the leading providers of IT Managed and Professional Services in to the Public Sector and Large Corporate arenas across Microsoft, HP, VM Ware and Microsoft Technologies. Boasting an award-winning reputation dating back over 35 years our client has cemented their place in a fast-paced and competitive market space. Our client is seeking 2x Account Directors to fulfil a flexible role between remote working, office-based and team leadership and client-facing duties chasing new business through identifying new opportunities within the market and client meetings as well as extending the clients brand out in to the market through networking and marketing campaigns. Account Directors will be responsible for defending key business corners from competitive strain whilst also being targeted on new business within Healthcare and NHS institutions, as well as Local Government sectors in the North, North East and North West of England, offering end-to-end IT Solutions with true autonomy over Vendor Partners Package: * Basic Salary of £60000 * Car Allowance * OTE £120000 * Pension * Private Healthcare * 25 days Holiday To apply candidates should have 4-6 years sales experience working for a Large IT Reseller, Systems Integrator or IT Services organisation where you were demonstrated a proven track record selling in to Public Sector accounts. Account Directors will also be required to explain how they intend to work through a 30/60/90 day business plan to hit the ground running and be successful with their organisation. Experience of sales management or leadership will be of special interest however not essential.
