Job Description

Role: 2nd/3rd Line EngineerLocation: ManchesterSalary: £35,000 + Paid-for Quals & TrainingThe CompanyOur client offers professional support to SMEs throughout the North West in 3 key areas: Numbers, People & Systems.   • Azure / Azure AD
  • SharePoint
  • Office 365
  • Exchange
  • Server Virtualisation - VMware or Hyper V
  • Windows Server (2008 through 2019)
  • Citrix XenApp or other VD solutions
  • AD - PowerShell & GPO
  • Router & Switch Troubleshooting
    • Ideally, you will have had experience of implementing Cloud Infrastructures and providing support to Dual/Hybrid Infrastructures.Personal Specification
  • Excellent communications (strong written and verbal communication skills)
  • Excellent customer service (willing to go the extra mile)
  • Have interest in learning about current/new/future technologies to help the Company, customers, yourself and your team
  • To be self-motivated and a contributing member of the team
