Job Description

Role: 1st Line IT SupportLocation: ManchesterSalary: £21,000Sector: Managed IT Support & Services (MSP)You would be ideal for this role if you:

  • Have a solid foundational knowledge and experience with Microsoft, Windows (and Sophos) technologies
  • Would be confident addressing and understanding technical issues presented by clients / companies
  • Have the ability to build good rapport and relationships with your clients to become their go-to person for IT support
    • Quick overview of the company:

  • Organic approach to learning, training and development
  • Positive and genuine encouragement to grow into a full 2nd line engineer in your own right
