Are you technically minded with top notch customer service Are you motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a teamDue to continued growth, this leading group of businesses is searching for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their predominantly remote team. Youll work on tickets from across the business with occasional travel to the Manchester office when needed.The business is investing heavily in IT and youll need to be keen to learn and work with new technology while you deliver a great service to users across the country. New tools already in or on the way include Darktrace, ArcServe, Tenable.io, Palo Alto firewalls, Barracuda, Manage Engine, Desktop Central, Log360, Office 365, SharePoint, VMWare, HyperV, Windows 10.Title: 1st Line IT Support Location: Manchester - mostly home based Salary: £18,000 - £22,000IT Support Technicians duties:- Supporting 450 plus users over multiple UK sites- Identifying the root cause of IT issues and provide adequate resolutions within an agreed time frame- Imaging and deploying new hardware (PCs and Laptops)- Deploying and supporting of mobile phones and devices- Liaising with Internal IT team members to rectify issues- Creating and updating IT documentation and policiesAttitude is everything for this position, if you love technology as much as delivering great service, please dont hesitate to get in touch.
