Badenoch + Clarks noteworthy client in Preston requires an 1st Line IT Support to start ASAP for an initial two month contract, which is likely to be extended with the rate of pay being £14.50-£16.50 per hour (umbrella/inside IR35).You will be joining a busy IT Support Team to offer additional help during a busy period of support calls. You will be taking IT support calls from users, logging them on the call management software and troubleshooting IT issues. If the query is either tootechnical or would take too long to resolve, then you will log the call and pass it onto the 2nd line support team. You will also be doing standard helpdesk support tasks such as password re-sets and user account openings.This is an excellent opportunity for an immediate contract start and to develop your IT Support skills within the role as it progresses.
