Job Description

The CompanyPart of dnata Group, dnata catering UK specialises in airline catering and has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Analyst to join our friendly and supportive team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about providinga first class IT Service to end users whilst also ensuring that critical company systems are managed on a day to day basis. What youll be doing:

  • To assist with coordination and implement the use of IT systems especially CBASE.
  • To assist with the purchasing and the installation of all hardware such as printers and pc terminals.
  • To audit the IT equipment, ensuring the equipment is of an appropriate standard and upgrade where necessary.
  • To support the locally installed applications at Stanley Green, e.g. label printing and temperature logging.
  • CBASE (UK)
    • To assist with management and implementation of crystal report requests in line with business needs.
    • To provide 1st and 2nd line support for the end users.
    • To support and provide cover in the absence of the CBASE Technical Training Manager.
    • To manage new user requests.
    • HEX
    • To control the variable costs. To manage user accounts via the online portal.
    • To be the main point of contact at MAN for infrastructure issues.
  • WMS
    • To assist with coordination and implement the use of IT systems especially WMS.
    • To assist with the purchasing and the installation of all hardware such as printers and pc terminals for WMS
    • To audit the IT equipment, ensuring the equipment is of an appropriate standard and upgrade where necessary.
    • To support and provide cover in the absence of the WMS Manager.
    • To maintain and strengthen relationship with key WMS supplier
    • Ensure all user queries are logged correctly
