Customer Services Cargo Agent-Late Shift; a truly fantastic air opportunity is available for you with a well-established organization, be part of their fast and highly experienced operations. High levels of customer services across the globe and you will be the first point of contact; You could easily be part of the bigger air adventure!Primarily duties but not limited to the following;Includes Quoting/Reservations/Booking airfreight shipments via phone and email.Entering bookings in-house system and updating airline software accordingly.Ensuring at every opportunity is utilised to maximum effect.Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.Dealing with enquiries, problem solving and following up thereafter to ensure excellence of service across all levels.RequirementsPreferred experience of Customer Services in sectors such as:Airline or Aviation or Air Exports/Imports or Express LogisticsAir Logistics Graduates with customer service mentality are welcome to apply too.Excellent customer services, outstanding communication and relationship building qualitiesShould be available.
