Our client is the largest independent provider of Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Management services in the UK with multiple sites supporting leaders in their industry.They are currently looking for a Stock & Sales Supervisor who will provide support to the site service team in managing and co-ordinating the activities of parts sales, supply to technicians and stock management, optimising the companys efficiency whilst maintainingthe service levels demanded by our customers.Duties of the role:* Accountable for all administration relating to stock management in the operation* Responsible for PACE performance relating to stock pick rate and FTF* Raising purchase orders for all stock required for service team and customer sales* Effective management and ongoing maintenance of the PFS supplier database in line with supplier management strategy.* Supporting service team with quotations for parts required for all follow up/new business* Working with group procurement functions to support with national contract administration where applicable* Maintaining and controlling supplier compliance documentation and information* Liaison with the operational and commercial teams to ensure ownership of suppliers and queries* Support the operational and commercials teams regarding resolution of all supplier and invoice queries* Daily point of contact for local contracts such as workwear and waste services* Manage mandatory parts return in line with franchise requirements* Technician PPE management* Support business projects where requiredExperience* Strong career background within a parts/stock management background* Very personable with excellent people skills* Highly organised with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressureWhat they Offer* Excellent basic and benefits package* Flexible progression based on your career aspirations* Modern site working with a friendly team working environmentAbout Our ClientOur Client is the largest independent provider of Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Management services in the UK with a track record stretching back over 35 years, they are trusted by many of the UKs largest commercial fleet operators to keep theirbusinesses on the move.
