Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior HR business partner to join a busy team based in Wiltshire. Reporting to the divisional Head of HR, you will provide effective business partnering to leadership teams and key stakeholders.This role would suit a methodical individual with strong attention to detail. Someone who can work to tight deadlines, whilst being proactive and flexible with their approach.Role responsibilities

  • Provide support, coaching and challenge to deliver actions that’ll drive people and organisation performance, including development of their own leadership.
  • Develop and integrate the people dimension into business plans and support delivery of the the business plans. Highlight the implications of business goals and ensure plans in place to tackle risks, challenges and opportunities over the short and long term. Ensure the right capabilities, frameworks and ways of working are in place to deliver

  • Working with talent acquisition teams on developing talent
  • Ensure quality, customer focused, pragmatic and efficient HR support is in place across all client areas
  • Experience required:
  • Full CIPD membership or degree level
  • Demonstrable experience of scaling company culture in a fast-paced environment
  • HR partnering experience at a senior level - typically supporting professional client groups (who enjoy logic, process and detail) with past experience of engaging and influencing senior and challenging stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable curiosity, knowledge, and commitment to learning and technology
  • Line management experience
  • Ideally HR experience within a financial business
  • Proving track record of working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture
