Job Description

Juice has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Manage to join a successful transformation team to lead aninnovativeproject.The project focusses on retail finance including gift cards and subscriptions and you be integral in selecting a newmanagement consultancy to design and develop this new programme.Reporting to the Head of Programme Management, you will be responsible for;

  • Leading large-scale programmes that contribute to the delivery of strategic outcomes.
  • Have primary responsibility for the successful delivery of the required outcomes, including the establishment of appropriate governance and assurance, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues and ensuring business readiness for change.
  • Leading the development of Business Cases and their approval via project leads
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Providing direction and guidance on the development of the team and more broadly across the PPM community, proactively contributing to the development of the PPM Practice.
  • Resource management
  • Being accountable for risk and issue management.
  • Programme performance and controls
  • Leadership vision and objectives
About You
  • At least 5 years experience of IT programme management, ideally gained in strategic complex projects for large organisations
  • Experience of successfully delivering complex multi-million pound transformation programmes in large global organisations
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, within and across teams to a range of audiences including C-suite stakeholders
  • Credible change agent, with track record of successfully manage change and delivering transformation
  • Demonstrable success via matrix management including offshore/ remote teams you will have significant experience of building high-performing teams and nurturing individual talent.
  • Practitioner level knowledge of a range of programme and project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of advanced risk management techniques and a track record of having successfully applied them.
  • Expert level skills in effective financial stewardship including the development of robust business cases, tight fiscal control of budgets and accurate financial reporting.
More Info
  • £750 - £800 per day (Umbrella rate and Inside IR35)
  • 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
