So with a bit of CRM experience already under your belt, they want to be the ones who nurture your ambition and help you realise your potential.Youll be reporting to the head of database marketing, someone whos an inspirational female leader, in a business where most of the wider marketing team is also made up of some incredible talent who also happen to principally be female too.Your role will be specifically aligned to the build of automated CRM campaigns which cover direct mail, outbound telephony, email and SMS. Driving customer lead and nurture programmes resulting in acquisition, as well as cross and upsell campaigns.You will work with the database marketing team on the data brief, ensuring targeting audience is clear and well defined. Plus brief in the creative and content teams on what you need for each campaign.You will be the campaign manager, pulling everything together. But also responsible for testinglooking at creative, copy, testing new channels to see how they perform, etc.About the companyPerhaps not the biggest brand in the world, but they are the biggest of their kind in the UK. Specialising in healthcare tech sold direct to the consumer, and part of an organisation which turns over circa £4bn p.a. and 10,000 people.The marketing team is around 18 people, and their offices are based out of Maidstone.
