The relationship with this is roughly 3 days in office, 2 days from home per week.Something they absolutely personify is that of being a business with strong family values. This stands true even when the chips are down. Heres a couple of examples:

  • During the 1 st lockdown in 2020 they couldnt trade as their product is a considered purchase, so is sold in a consultative manner in person. Yet despite this and furloughing most people, they continued to pay FULL SALARIES.
  • They re-opened and experienced huge demand (something which hasnt abated still), yet had no chance of hitting 2020 projections. Yet the company paid FULL BONUSES, because they recognised and valued everyones efforts during what had been a really challengingyear.
  • When it became possible for people to meet in person, the leadership team agreed to visit team members in person to check up on mental health and wellbeing. To ensure everyone was okay. Not simply rely on Teams, Zoom calls or those weekly quizzes we allcame accustomed to.
