A leading regional law firm with offices throughout Kent and top tier rankings in both the legal 500 and Chambers has a rare opportunity for a talented conveyancer to join their award winning CQS accredited Residential Property Team.Their experienced residential property team consists of knowledgeable practitioners that pride themselves on their personal touch and delivering the best possible service.The role will see you manage your own caseload from inception to completion. Alongside running their own matters, you will assist the team leader on cases that involve trusts, small options, overage and development, so previous experience in these areaswould be ideal. This is a great opportunity who someone who can demonstrate that they are a technically strong fee earner who wishes to build on their knowledge and skillset.Additionally you will be involved in business development and expected to promote the Firm internally and externally in order to attract and retain new and existing clients.The successful Candidate will likely have:-
