All our consultants are experts in their industry and only recruit into their specific market, which gives our customers the best insight and widest reach during their recruitment process.The role of a PageGroup recruitment consultant combines business development and commercial customer service, generating revenue by successfully engaging with clients, candidates and colleagues.As a recruitment consultant you can choose the path your career takes.   • Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment to understand their current or future recruitment needs
  • Provide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business
  • Attend client meetings to maintain relationships and pitch for new business.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Supporting and managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice to candidates
  • Providing a thorough aftercare service to both client and candidate to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities and become an expert in your market
  • Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively
