Job Title: Sales and Lettings Property Maintenance Consultant Location: Chatham, Kent Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus bonus Job Type: Full-time, permanentWe are looking for a Sales and Lettings Property Maintenance Consultant to join our team in Chatham Kent. The role requires the successful candidate to be responsible for all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, servicing and upkeep of appliancesand fixtures for both sales and lettings.Responsibilities:Visit client properties and liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors.Prepare and issue accurate quotes, ensure all works are carried out in accordance with regulations and best practice.Monitor and oversee various property maintenance jobs from inception through to completionCarrying out site surveys and inspections with Landlords, contractors and tenants.Coordinate all repair works and ensure effective communication between landlords, tenants, and contractorsDevelop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenantsMaximize revenue from new and existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience working in property maintenance within a sales or lettings environmentConfident and professional with the ability to form and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to utilize computer systems to keep up-to-date with work orders, maintenance timetables and job accountsA Team player with the ability to work under own supervision.Full driving licence and own vehicle.The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus.
