Job Description

Our client is a successful training provider passionate about delivering high-quality training and development programmes. Specialising in IAG, skills delivery and support for progression into employment, apprenticeships or further learning.With 20 UK-wide offices, 200 employees and plans to expand further in the new year - our client is looking for a strong Senior Support Technician to deliver an effective IT service.8:30am - 5pm working hoursKey responsibilities for the Senior IT Support Technician:

  • Provide 2ndline support to users and IT team, being tenacious and creative in resolving problems that are robust and secure
  • Manage internal hardware, on premise applications and systems securely
  • Manage and maintain cloud systems such as Azure, O365 effectively
  • Work with proprietary and open-source applications to deliver enterprise solutions appropriate to the business
  • Build security, user experience and data integrity into all systems
  • Work with 1stline engineers in the delivery of all the above services
  • Work with external networks/suppliers to keep abreast of market developments to identify service improvements and effective solutions for business growth and evolution
