Job Description

I.T Trainer - Moodle & Captivate - Up to £28,500 plus excellent benefits - ASAP Start - Mid KentI currently have an excellent opportunity for an I.T Trainer to join a very friendly team who work together to create and deliver interesting and engaging digital programmes and webinars for their large workforce across Kent.You will be part of a very friendly close knit I.T Training Team that will see you supporting new and existing staff with training on all of the internal IT systems, bespoke applications as well as core applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and improve online IT training courses and materials
  • Provide user guidance information packages for IT content provided by experts
  • Create in-house learning solutions using different learning methods and media options
  • Work with the Learning and Development Department to provide induction training for new starters on core IT applications used throughout the organisation
  • Work with internal technical experts to identify and agree how existing content can be converted into learning for staff and ensure that all IT training resources are refreshed and updated
  • Provide remote support to staff as and when needed
  • Keep up to date with software and product changes
  • Provide specialist product training for all members of staff as required
    • Skills Required
  • Previous experience with delivering classroom, workshop and remote IT training
  • Ability to provide training to all levels of staff from trainee level up to senior management
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate and Moodle
  • Ability to design and develop engaging digital content
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
