Job Description

Engagement LeadXyla Health & Wellbeing (part of Acacium Group)Homebased with frequent travel across Kent and MedwayPermanent, Part-time (2.5 days per week - Can be Flexible on days)£11,000-£14,000 per annumUnlock your potential:As our engagement lead, you will be the face of Xyla Health & Wellbeing and an ambassador for the brand and its contracts. You will be initiating, brokering, developing, building, and sustaining key relationships to raise awareness of services, promote referralgeneration and highlight Xyla Health & Wellbeing as a trusted health care provider and partner.You will work closely with the regional manager on your dedicated contracts/sites to actively engage with key stakeholders, including primary care, statutory sector partners, pharmacies, and local businesses to raise the profile of commissioned services,such as the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP), The Low-Calorie Diet programme (LCD), Rewind, Newham Weight Management, The NHS Digital Weight Management Programme and any new related integrated health contracts.Raising awareness of the Xyla brand andhow our services can support the health and wellbeing of their employees and local populations.Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Health & Wellbeing is a dynamic, and accomplished organisation dedicated to making the UKs local and workplace communities healthier.   • Work alongsidethe regional manager todevelop annual engagement action plans that address local key strategic priorities and promote/raise the profile of Xyla Health & Wellbeing services
  • Attend GP practices, local health forums/groupsand primary care meetings to promote the range of Xyla services available in the area and develop, improve, and sustain referral pathways
  • Report to senior management on progress against relevant KPIs and targets, providing regular updates as requested on progress of local action plans.
  • Support communications strategies (e.g., public open events, training and awareness raising sessions, communications materials, social media etc.), to promote the services and capture referrals.

  • A relevant level 2 or above qualification in a health-related discipline (Reps/Nutrition/Sports and Exercise or Similar)
  • Drive and have access to a vehicle for frequent travel across specified region (Mileage claimable and travel hours fall into your working day)
  • Excellent interpersonalskillspositive and proactive approach with the ability to motivate, engage and support partnership delivery.
  • An ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision, working to tight and often changing timescales.
  • Relationship building attributes which include networking and negotiation with key stakeholders
