Job Description

.NET Developer - .Net Analyst Programmer - Full Stack .Net Software Developer sought with experience of .Net plus HTML and JavaScript - Working from Home - with visits to my Clients Maidstone, Kent Product Development Department. This is a brand-new Fullstack programming role due to company expansion and customer demand, and has a starting salary of up to £45,000 per annum + benefits. You will be joining a small team within a well-established and flourishing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) and will focuson creating new to create frontend applications and backend services for my clients web-based products across multiple business environments. The role also calls for someone with excellent communications skills who enjoys working within a team environmentbut is also happy to work on solo projects.You will be developing .NET frontend pages and backend services - styled in conformance with best practice. The work will involving Showcasing new code via code walkthroughs for peer review as well as supporting other team members integrating APIs with front-endsystems. Duties will also include reviewing new and existing pages to ensure security is watertight and to demonstrate compliance with legislative requirements and industry best practice. The key skills and experience sought:

  • Solid .Net experience including writing .NET code to provide real-time interfaces with web pages using websockets or SignalR.
  • Knowledge of HTML and Javascript to provide complete support to other team members in integrating API calls on new and existing web pages, and to peer review front-end code.
  • Familiarity with security principles and ability to apply these to frontend and backend code.
  • Creative and able to make C++ functions from scratch to achieve defined objectives.
  • Experience of using Github-based repositories for collaboration and version management; IIS and configuration to allow .NET APIs to function efficiently.
  • Able to create SQL scripts to access SQL Server databases plus experience of accessing REST and SOAP APIs from .NET functions.
