Job Description

  • The successful candidate will work with the Marketing Team to contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies
  • Working with the Marketing Team to contribute to a Video Marketing Strategy
  • Work with the Marketing Team to review digital aspects of the marketing campaigns, making design decisions amends based on analytical data and user testing results.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop lead generation campaign.
Content Production
  • Photography - Multiple type of photos will need to be produced for the Marketing Team. This will range from product shots, live product application, staff photos for professional use
  • Video - Following the video marketing strategy, the creation of entertaining and informative video content will be used for the website, social channels, and sales collateral
  • Social Media - Create content for the brand social media channels
  • Email Campaigns - Implement the companys email marketing campaigns, marketing automation and produce the monthly email newsletter updates.
  • Managing artwork to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the companys materials
  • Copy writing for marketing collateral, including brochures, emails, websites, and landing pages when required
  • Taking down digital design briefs and translating these into creative branded materials
Website
  • Update copy and images on product, general information Companys websites
  • Use of targeted keywords set by the Digital Marketing Coordinator and basing product copy around them
  • Continually update page attributions to improve SEO, click through rates, scroll rates, conversion traffic, etc.
Reporting
  • Provide reporting of website traffic, digital campaign results and lead generation.
Marketing Support Assistance
  • Carry out any reasonable task for the betterment of the Company when requested by management where required.
  • Working alongside Marketing Support and NPI to develop POS materials, packaging, brochures, and adverts where required.
  • Supporting the Marketing Teams with any ad hoc graphic design briefs
The successful candidate:
  • A recent graduate within business, marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a similar subject.
  • Good MS Office IT skills (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
  • Flexible attitude to working.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Personable manner
