We also hold various activities on aday-to-day basis to encourage social experiences and promote equality and diversity throughout the service.As a Residential Worker, youll beundertaking the role of shiftleading by supportingyour colleagues to provide a safe, stimulating and caringenvironment for children and youngpeople. You willsupport the children in all aspects of theircare, link workingduties for the youngpeople and take a leadrole in organisingactivities. You will be a shift leader who oversees the activities whilst on shift.
