What Will You Do
  • Collaborate with park teams to understand and plan activity to support their specific marketing materials requirements
  • Brief creative design requirements directly (both internally and externally as necessary) for on-park marketing materials and Support Office requirements as needed
  • Prioritise incoming briefs and manage timely, high-quality delivery and internal sign off with relevant stakeholdersthrough the Workflow
  • Ensure the brand and key messages are communicated consistently in an engaging way with stakeholder groups as required
  • Develop and edit promotional materials and park literature as required
  • Implement community relations initiatives, working closely with Park teams, HR and external charities and bodies as requiredraising awareness of the companys community relations initiatives (including, but not limited to, on the companys websites). Developnew ideas and opportunities to further the impact/benefit, working with the Marketing Executive Paid and Earned Channels to ensure integration with third-party media and PR opportunities
  • Support the Marketing Manager to manage the marketing budgets including the raising and receipting of purchase ordersand processing of invoices
  • Carry out website updates to homes for sales listings across the websites and third-party listing sites
  • Work with the Marketing Executive Paid and Earned Channels to ensure all customer activity is aligned and consistent
  • Provide advice, guidance, and direction to enable parks to self-service requirements for direct to customer communications for key business announcements (primarily owners and members via letter, email and social media)
  • Copywritingprovide brand aligned copy support for promotional material and content
  • Manage the social media business account, ensuring the park social media champions and sales execs have the correct levels of access and understanding of best practices
What Will You Bring
  • 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role(s)
  • Ability to think and deliver strategically and tactically
  • Strong communication and relationship building skill set - this role requires daily contact with a number of different internal and external stakeholders
  • Briefing and delivering creative/design/content requirements via a design studio (internal and external)
  • Previous experience managing and working closely and effectively with external agencies/suppliers (including printers)
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement: both performance and process
  • A keen eye for detail, proofing materials and digesting briefs to be turned in to creative assets
  • Experience generating marketing copy for promotional material and communications
  • Proven ability to manage budgets day-to-day, including use of a PO system
