Job Description We have an exciting new opportunity for a Comms and Engagement Manager to work with our Venues teams to drive engagement amongst our club colleagues through the creation and delivery of a two-way communications strategy that excites, entertains and informs.Your role will be to use the channels we have, and to find us new ones, to reach, engage and listen to our people.Youll need to create a brand tone of voice that fits with our customer brand and employee value proposition for both Grosvenor and Mecca and create and manage content. Youll also act as an internal consultant and advisor, making sure all communicationto our colleagues is delivered in a way that fits with the internal brand.The messages will be anything from positive news stories to major change programmes to one off initiatives. You will be a key part of the management team of our brands and in helping them deliver the brand strategy through our people. Develop an internal brand tone of voice for comms to our club-based colleagues and engage the business to make this the way we communicate Use our existing channels creatively to reach our people and propose what channels we should use to be able to engage more effectively Create ways of working that generate positive engaging content from our people across the business which allows us to share our stories Help the leadership Team bring their personalities and business strategies to life and for these to reach our people Develop a cadence of communication in both Mecca and Grosvenor that allows us to reach our people and through it deliver clear consistent and engaging messages that help us deliver our brands Use the existing feedback loops and develop new ones; we want our people to know that we are listening and to see we are taking their thoughts on board Act as an advisor to all change programmes that will affect our people, helping with a comms strategy, content and tone. Keep the business honest, tell us if we are doing too much and not communicating effectively. Help us get this right Look at how our managers and teams communicate in club, help us make this best practice. Support face to face events such as conferences and meetings where we have a chance to communicate to our people. Act as a conduit between the in venues teams and leadership team, making sure that the voice of the team is represented positively Central point of contact for cascade of people comms. Responsible for cascading messages in a timely manner, in line with a well thought out internal comms plan to ensure messaging is sent out to the right people, at the right time, using the appropriateplatforms Create and manage the venues internal comms plan, ensuring you drive a consistent process and are aligned to the corporate communications team where necessary Drive internal use/sign up of the Group intranet as a single source of truth for news/information and employee experience Own the venues content areas on our Group intranet, ensuring it is kept up to date, engaging and relevant Own the venues approach to Glassdoor for both Mecca and Grosvenor venues Additional Information You will join a forward thinking and people focused team who believeachieving outstanding performance in a business that excites and entertains its customers will be achieved through ensuring we are a greatplace to work.
