Job Description

Role: Immigration Case worker/ Paralegal/ ConsultantSalary: £25k - £35k (dependant on industry experience)Location: Maidenhead (Berkshire)Timings: Mon - Friday 9am - 5pmJob Type: Full-time, PermanentImmigration Case worker/ Paralegal/ Consultant job description.My client are a OISC registered immigration company who provide comprehensive immigration services within both the Private and Corporate sectors.Within this role you will face interesting challenges and you will work with dedicated, friendly and ambitious people.   • Immigration case work or paralegal experience min 6 - 12 months
  • (Desired not essential) Minimum qualification at OISC level 1 or equivalent PQE
  • Minimum of one years client-facing immigration work experience and independent case management from either a reputable registered OISC or equivalent regulated law firm
  • Experience in Private immigration matters, Sponsorship licence applications, Point Based System/Skilled Worker, Family and Nationality with proven success rate in previous cases
Key duties and skills:
  • Independent management of your own caseload from start to finish
  • Have an ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
  • Have the ability to take a logical and systematic approach to issues, thinking outside of the box and weighing up all options available to make an informed decision
  • Effectively work with minimal supervision
  • Good understanding of Immigration law with a proactive approach to undertaking necessary research
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Be an excellent communicator - written and verbal
  • Have strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to prioritise task list
Job summary:
  • Full time role: Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm
  • Salary between: £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 .
  • 20 days plus bank holidays annual leave increasing to 25 days plus bank holiday following 2 years service
