We are currently working with a leading company in their industry who are seeking an experienced Head of Payroll to take responsibility for their payroll function and manage a small payroll team.This role will involve overseeing high volume payroll processing across UK and some international regions. Being a hands on Payroll Manager and overseeing delegation of work, training, development and appraisals/1:1s.This role will be responsible for the CJRS and furlough calculations. Reviewing processes within the payroll department and looking at areas for improvement.The successful candidate will be a competent and well-rounded payroll manager who is strategic and has a vision to drive the payroll department forward.Experience with the Core HR system is essential and any exposure to CJRS/Furlough is highly desirable.965000RMCINDPAYS
