This relevant previous experience could include SEN 1:1, helpingwithin an SEN nursery, working in the care industry, in a sport setting or in a similar SEN classroom setting etc.You would be working on a 1:1 basis which will allow you to build a positive and trusting relationship with you assigned pupil.
