Job Description

Account ManagerUp to £55k plus £10k bonus. Account managers, Customer Success Managers, Business Development and Sales Execs, this is a great opportunity for you to join a data driven SaaS business in the ever-growing eCommerce world.Do you have experience in dealing with Enterprise and mid-market businesses and have used data to identify opportunity for growth If so, read on!The opportunityWere looking for an Account Manager to help develop a number of big brand enterprise clients and assist with a rapidly expanding portfolio of FMCG clients.There are some big-name clients that you will be responsible for managing. 10-15 to be precise with a combined value of up to £1.5million. So, if you have experience with these kinds of numbers that would be a great start!Your main goal is the retention and growth of these accounts whilst continuing to strengthen the relationship.Youll be the direct point of contact for these brands and will be helping to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will directly contribute to the success of client accounts by ensuring you analyse data and provide potential opportunitiesfor growth within each of your clients.You will play a critical role in the renewal process of clients, satisfaction surveys and youll know how to identify opportunities for growth.
