Office Administrator/Office Manager - North West London

Job Description

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator or an Office Manager to join their busy North West London office. The role will be to the first point of contact within the office as well as supporting the teams with administration and office support forboth the sales and lettings teams.The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator role will have at least 1 year of property administration experience or customer service experience with administration experience in a fast paced role. And the Office Manager role ideal candidate will haveat least 2 years experience in a property administration role.Main responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to both the sales and lettings team with administration tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office and assisting with any queries or new applicants
  • Liaise with the team for any administration tasks or to answer any queries visitors and clients may have
  • Attend to the phones when the negotiators are unavailable and providing assistance where possible
  • Manage the key log, ensuring an accurate record of keys being checkout and returned is kept
  • Ensuring the sales and lettings files are kept up to date at all times, such as new and existing tenancies and sales
  • Assist with the marketing by ordering window cards for the office and creating brochures for properties that are currently on the market
  • Assist the team with logging IT issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide overall office support with stationary orders and ensuring the office is kept in an presentable condition
Experience needed:
  • At least 1 year property administration experience (preferred)
  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organised
  • Acute attention to detail
  • The ability to work well as a team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Impeccable time management skills
